I literally have put one of these on EVERY VR6 MK3 I have owned. In A/C temp control is important, especially when considering the blood of the engine. In flight with the A/C on I would see oil temps as high as 280 in the middle of summer in Arizona... once installed I never see north of 235 and it adds about a quart of capacity too!
