Also work on MK6
I actually didn't know H&R made springs stiffer than Super Sports until Rodney told me about them at a local meet. I had already snagged a set of Koni Yellows and read online that these should in theory fit my MK6 even though they're meant for a MK5, but no one seemed to have any hard evidence other than their heavily modified setups that didn't help me any (I'm one of the five VW owners that don't want 30 degrees of camber). So, I decided to be the guinea pig. They shipped to the opposite coast in a matter of days, and once I had them on and settled, it was night and day. On my old springs I had been bouncing around, scraping everywhere, hating life essentially. These, I'm basically on rails and I haven't had body roll or wheel hop since the swap. So, Koni Yellows + Super Race springs is basically the best suspension setup you can get for a MK5 or MK6 for well under a grand, and stiffer than any coilovers I've ever felt short of rally spec ($2500+). Don't question it anymore, just send it.
H&R Low & Stiff
Been running for around a month now with koni yellow shocks and struts and they are great! I'd recommend to anyone. But if a rough ride due to stiffness but it doesn't bother me
